The property and the facilities are generally excellent and the food, while expensive compared to local offerings, was great.

Villa was clean, spacious and well-appointed. Nice private pool. Most of the staff was friendly and helpful. My complaint about the tour operator the resort refers guests to seemed to have been taken seriously. The gym is really nice, as it has a good variety of modern equipment. Breakfast buffet is varied and of reasonable quality. Overall I would consider staying here again.

This hotel is all out fantastic. The staff is delivering service on a very high level catering to your every need. The food is great and the breakfast is perfect with a very big selection of Asian and western food. The private beach at the hotel is just wonderful

FANTASTIC location if you are on holiday to relax on the beach and enjoy views. Keep in mind that the location is a bit secluded from the main towns, so in order to get around you will have to book a taxi directly with the hotel which is a lot more expensive rather than using a grab. The food is great, and service is prompt! The hotel hosts a lot of fun festivals or mini parties throughout the week which is fun. Great place to relax and rejuvenate.

Staff was nice in general. Everyone was really helpful and seemed truly happy to help their guests with all their hearts. The best porter we have ever met, Antony(his English name he told me), is who I wanted to give the praise for. He was truly kind and nice, always greeting the guest with big smiles and in a very welcoming manner. He made our family trip so much more pleasant, I wanted to leave the thank you letter for him, which I couldn’t find how, so here I am leaving the thank you letter for him. All the other agents and staff were all very nice and always helpful. Bit hard to communicate sometimes as not many of them speaks English, but I could genuinely feel they are trying their best to help us.

Sunset : we stayed at both Resort Waverly and the Villas & Residences, the views are fatanstic, just two thumbs up! Taking photos in any angles or locations come out so beautiful, at the beach or up on a high floor balcony. Chocolate Hour : you get to have an hour of a complimentary selection of chocolates, cookies, and some fruits. Serenity : the serenity it brings to every night walks between two buildings is so healing, not to mention walks to the beach.

The villa is as sumptuous as in pictures, well equipped and comfortable mattress. Extra large breakfast options, it makes you travel the world. We enjoyed the bar in the pool. And the beach is beautiful. The resort is huge but they provide buggy transfer.
